ImageShare brings more than technology to the table. Although our robust web-application is fantastic for transferring full imaging studies between institutions, we recognize that without comprehensive customer service and support such technology will always fall short. Ultimately, the best technology in the world is worthless if no one is capable of using it. Because of this, we think of ImageShare as broken into two parts:
Using the flexibility and security of the latest in cloud technology, ImageShare provides a safe and reliable platform for sending and receiving full imaging studies. ImageShare, being web-based, can be accessed from any internet connected device. This means you can view studies and share with colleagues from home or even on the road with a mobile device such as an iPad. Working from the web also nearly eliminates any formal set up. Once your customized portal is created and populated with accounts you are fully equipped to begin using ImageShare. The remaining set up revolves around training and awareness, not technical matters.
Our technology serves as a bridge between you and your referral network. For the platform to function in this role, both players—meaning your and the individuals at your referral centers—must be aware and capable of using it. To ensure this, our service includes all of these individuals in the training and initial set-up process. This means the staff at your hospital as well as the staff at any network facilities are all included in training sessions and other efforts. Because scheduling large sessions can often be difficult, we also provide one-on-one walkthroughs when necessary. Our support lines (phone and email) are also available to account and non-account holders alike.
