Referring centers can upload imaging studies directly to you through the custom webpage created for you by the Vigilant team. Once the image is uploaded—a process that takes minutes—the recipient is notified via email (page and text message notifications also available) that a study is available for review. The study can either be reviewed in our build-in web viewer or downloaded for review in the users preferred viewing software.
Quality review, proctoring, and other clinical trial workflows require images to securely change hands multiple times. This can result in unnecessary delays, increased risk of a CD being lost or damaged, and general disorganization. ImageShare can avoid these potential pit-falls by transferring these images virtually—removing the CD entirely from the process. Once in ImageShare, studies can be quickly shared and viewed by your team of reviewers.
